Eligibility
1.1 The Campaign is open to customers who receive an INNEA AQUA treatment at participating clinics between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.
1.2 Each completed INNEA AQUA treatment using one (1) full box entitles the
participant to one (1) lucky draw entry.
1.3 Employees of the Organiser, distributors, and participating clinics are not eligible to participate.
How To Enter
2.1 After receiving an INNEA AQUA treatment, participants must:
(a) Remove the INNEA AQUA product flap provided.
(b) Clearly write their Name and Mobile Number on the flap.
(c) Drop the completed entry flap into the designated lucky draw box at the clinic.
- 2.2 Participants may also request assistance from clinic staff to:
- remove the product flap,
- transfer the participant’s details accurately, and
- submit the completed flap into the lucky draw box on their behalf.
2.3 Only original product flaps will be accepted. Photocopies, duplicates, altered, damaged, or tampered flaps are strictly not valid.
Campaign Period
3.1 The Campaign runs from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025, inclusive.
3.2 Entries submitted after 31 December 2025, 11:59 PM will not be accepted.
Prizes
4.1 Prizes for the giveaway are as follows:
- Grand Prize (1 winner): Apple AirPods (3rd Generation)
- Runner-Up Prize (1 winner): Five-Star Hotel High Tea Experience for Two
- Consolation Prizes (5 winners): treHA Ultra Hydrating Bio-Cellulose Mask (one box each)
4.2 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.
4.3 Should any prize become unavailable due to supplier or operational issues, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equal or higher value at its full discretion, without prior notice.
Winner Selection & Announcement
5.1 Winners will be selected via a random lucky draw from all valid entries.
5.2 The draw will be conducted by the Organiser or an authorised representative.
5.3 All draw results are final, conclusive, and non-negotiable.
5.4 Winners will be announced within 14 working days after the Campaign ends, no later than 21 January 2026, through the official INNEA Instagram account (@aimeq_asia).
5.5 Winners may also be contacted through the mobile number provided on their entry flap.
5.6 If a winner is uncontactable or fails to respond within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.
Prize Delivery & Redemption
6.1 Winners must respond to the organiser’s notification within 7 days to confirm their prize claim.
6.2 The Organiser may request proof of identity for verification.
6.3 Prize fulfilment or delivery may be subject to delays due to courier, supplier, or operational circumstances outside the Organiser’s control. The Organiser will ensure all prizes are delivered as soon as reasonably possible, but shall not be liable for delays.
Organiser Rights
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Campaign due to circumstances including but not limited to fraud, insufficient entries, operational disruptions, supply issues, or unforeseen events.
7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify participants who submit incomplete details, fraudulent entries, tampered flaps, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 No compensation of any kind will be provided in the event of amendments, postponements, cancellations, or disqualification.
Liability Limitation
8.1 The Organiser is not responsible for:
- lost, damaged, illegible, or improperly submitted entries;
- technical failures or disruptions;
- prize defects arising from manufacturer responsibility;
- courier, supply chain, or operational delays;
- inaccurate information provided by participants.
8.2 Participation is at the entrant’s own risk. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation.
Publicity & Content Usage
9.1 By joining the Campaign, participants agree that the Organiser may use:
- the winner’s Instagram handle (IG ID) for public announcement;
- winner photos for promotional purposes (with explicit consent);
- clinic reposts or user-generated content related to their treatment or participation.
9.2 No additional fees, rewards, or compensation will be provided for publicity usage.
Personal Data Protection
10.1 Personal data collected from participants will be used solely for administering the Campaign.
10.2 Data will be kept confidential and not shared with external parties unrelated to the Campaign.
10.3 By participating, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data for communication and verification purposes.
Acceptance of Terms
11.1 By submitting an entry flap, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
11.2 The Organiser’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Campaign are final and binding.
